Energy Performance

Buildings are responsible for almost 40% of the UK's energy consumption and carbon emissions.

If you want to make your property more energy efficient and to allow potential tenants or buyers to compare your energy rating, get an energy survey.

What is an energy performance certificate (EPC)?

An EPC is a systematic review of how energy is used in a building. All buildings, domestic or commercial for rent or sale, are required to have an EPC, alongside a recommendations report.

An energy survey involves one of our trained energy surveyors inspecting and assessing a property, including lighting, heating, and installation.

Upon completion of the survey, the data is lodged onto the Landmarks database to create the EPC. You will then recieve a certificate and recemmendations report. We follow up with full aftercare, dealing with any questions or concerns you may have.

Following the introduction of the MEEs in April 2018, we provide a service called Energy Improvement Consultancy, where we can provide solutions for you to gain a better rating.
